Brief Description

The purpose of this event provide a fitness component to the Rib, Rub, and Run event. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to assist the promotion of the downtown merchants. Packet pick up will be available at the Rockwall Running Center on Friday September 10th from 10am- 7pm. Race day registration will be from 7- 7:45am.   T-shirts guaranteed for the first 75 registrants.

The 5k event will begin at 8:30 am in Lofland Park (2 blocks from the square)in downtown Rockwall. Parking is available at Dobbs Elementary. Chip timing will be used.  

 The race wil start at 8:30 am with same day registration to close at 8am. Packets can be picked up at the Rockwall Running Center (116 E. Rusk St. Rockwall) on race day before 8:00 am. Special event awards will be provided to the Overall Male and Female finisher plus the top three finishers in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
